100th anniversary  of the creation of the USSR

On December 29  the presentation of a new  block “100th anniversary  of the creation of the USSR “ took place in the Bendery Historical and Local History Museum.

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) is a state in Eurasia that existed from 1922 to 1991.

At the time of the collapse, the USSR occupied almost 1⁄6  part of the inhabited land of the Earth with a population of 293 million people, as well as it had 2nd   highest industrial production in the world.

The postage block depicts a Soviet poster  symbolizing  friendship between nations who inhabited the Soviet Union.

The block  is printed in both perforated and imperforated versions.

The edition  of perforated  block  is 600  pcs.

The edition  of imperforated  block  is 100 pcs.
