100 years of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia

The regulation about the judicial system of the Republic of Abkhazia dated May 13, 1923, approved by the decision of the Central Executive Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia, secured  the creation in Abkhazia of a single two-tier system of judicial bodies: 1) People’s court: consisting of a permanent people’s judge; consisting of a permanent people’s judge and two people’s assessors; 2) the Supreme Court of the Republic

At the request of the State Enterprise “Post of Abkhazia” and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia the State Unitary Enterprise “Stamp of  Pridnestrovie” produced  a postage stamp ” 100 years of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia “.

Previously  the State Unitary Enterprise “Stamp of  Pridnestrovie”  has already produced stamps for the State Enterprise “Post of Abkhazia” in 2018, 2019 and 2021 years.

The stamp is printed in both perforated and imperforated versions.

Edition of imperforated  stamp – 800 pcs. (100 mini  sheets)

The stamp design was provided by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Abkhazia.
