The President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Moldova Oleg Vasnetsov, the First President of the PMR Igor Smirnov, the Co-Chairman of the ОКК from Pridnestrovie Oleg Belyakov and the author of historical photographs that became the basis for the stamps, photojournalist of the newspaper “Dniester Pravda” Valery Kruglikov took part in the cancellation of the commemorative set of postage stamps .
Edition – 600 numbered mini sheets. 400 of them are decorated with special festive covers – in the form of a souvenir booklet.
