The Supreme Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is the highest judicial authority in the PMR. According to the Constitution of the PMR, it is the highest judicial court in civil, criminal, administrative and other cases, within the jurisdiction of courts of general jurisdiction. It exercises judicial supervision over their activities in the procedural forms provided for by law and provides clarifications on issues of judicial practice.
