On January 17,in the Bendery Historical and Local History Museum a new stamp “Year of the Fire Horse” was presented. This is the fifth stamp dedicated to the Chinese zodiac. In Eastern astrology the horse symbolizes strength, perseverance, energy, and independence. The element of fire enhances these qualities adding passion, ambition and creative energy.
The set is printed in both perforated and imperforated versions.
