On July 24, 2021, a new series of stamps “Tokyo Olympics 2020, overprint” was put into circulation.
Overprint is made by foil stamping technique on two stamps (out of three) on the “Summer Olympic Games” series, released on September 30, 2020. The stamps represent sports in which Pridnestrovian athletes take part at the Tokyo Olympics.
Overprint edition – 1600 pc (200 miniature sheets each)
First day cover edition – 100 pc
