Valentina Sergeevna Solovieva (1918-2002) is the honorary citizen of Tiraspol, Hero of Socialist Labor, holder of three orders of Lenin, the Order of Labor Glory, the Order of the Badge of Honor, the Order of the Republic. Solovieva Valentina Sergeevna is the director of one of the largest sewing enterprises in the USSR. For many years she was the most famous Tiraspol resident in the country. V. Solovyova played a big role in the development of Tiraspol. Under her leadership new workshops and premises were built and equipped at the factory.
In addition, she proposed and implemented the construction of the City Palace of the Republic, a polyclinic in the center of Tiraspol, eight hostels were also built for factory workers, kindergartens, residential buildings. Thanks to Valentina Sergeevna the first trolleybus line was opened in Tiraspol in 1967. The circulation of the numbered small sheet is 600 copies, of which 250 are placed in a souvenir cover.
