300 years since the birth of St. Paisius (Velichkovsky)

Saint Paisius (Velichkovsky) is a saint  of Russian Orthodox Church. Translator of sacred works and “Philokalia”, an Orthodox monk of the 18th century who revived the ancient spiritual tradition of hesychasm, the essence of which is spiritual growth through self-control, prayerful reflection, physical education and mental development.

The stamp is printed in both perforated  and imperforated versions.

The edition  of  perforated stamp is 6000 pcs. (600 mini sheets)

The edition of imperforated  stamp is 1000 pcs. (100 mini sheets)
