In October 2020 in order to develop the professional, scientific and creative potential of youth, involving them in carrying out socio-economic transformations in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, activation of youth self-government, representation, public and volunteer movement, bringing up patriotism and civic responsibility among young Pridnestrovians.
At the initiative of the President of PMR the year 2021 was declared the “Year of Youth of Pridnestrovie”.
On December 29 as a result of a creative competition the 2021 logo was chosen from 200 projects. The author of the logo is Anastasia Radionova
On November 23, at the Tiraspol main post office, with the participation of the Administration of the President of the PMR, a presentation of a new postage stamp dedicated to the “Year of Youth of Pridnestrovie” took place. This stamp became the third traditional annual issue. Earlier, in 2019, a series of two stamps “The Year of Ecology and Improvement” was issued and in 2020 the stamp “The Year of Health” was issued. In 2022 there are plans to issue the stamp “The Year of Healthcare”

First day cover edition – 100 pcs.
The series were printed in the “Belarussian Printing House”.
