According to the Chinese calendar, 2025 is the year of the Green Wooden Snake. In the Eastern tradition snakes are treated with great honor and admired for their intelligence, cunning, and developed intuition. Quite often in Eastern legends snakes come to the rescue in difficult situations and help find a way out of a dead end.
The New Year which is marked by the Wooden Snake will be filled with potential for personal growth and change.
On January 25, the Bendery post office presented a new postage stamp “Year of the Green Snake”
This is the fourth annual stamp dedicated to the Eastern calendar.
The set is printed in both perforated and imperforated versions.
The edition of the perforated set is 4800 pcs. (600 sheets each)
The edition of the imperforated set is 800 pcs.(100 sheets each)
