Apiculture is the oldest branch of agriculture, which deals with the beekeeping to produce honey as well as beeswax and other products and for pollinating of crops. Traces of beeswax are found on the oldest pottery dating back to the 7th millennium BCE .
Pridnestrovie is famous for its apiculture and not a single holiday or fair takes place without the participation of our beekeepers.
On December 28, the presentation “Apiculture in Pridnestrovie” took place at the Bendery Historical and Local History Museum
For the first time in Pridnestrovie square stamps with perforation were issued.
The set is printed in both perforated and imperforated versions.
